Educational Improvement Organization Tax Credit (EIO)

The State of Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) issues tax credits to eligible business that pay certain taxes; businesses must apply for the credits directly through the State of PA. Businesses who are approved by the DCED then provide gifts to 501(c)3 nonprofits that are approved by the DCED to receive these dollars, and in-turn the businesses receive a tax credit. The maximum tax credit possible is 90%.

For more information about the EIO tax credit program, visit the DCED web page here.
